Summary of an Independent Review, by the Energy Savings Trust in 2018, of the costs and benefits of water labelling options including voluntary labelling, mandatory labelling and linking labelling to minimum fittings standards and Building Regulations. Report re-issued in August 2019 with updated water saving data.
